Crystal quotes “When I first started coming to the gym I was the only girl in there! Now to see so many girls at once in the gym boxing and having fun is amazing. To be able to coach these girls and pass on my knowledge has been great.  It’s been challenging being a coach and not the student but I have really enjoyed this opportunity and hope to gain even more experience over the next few weeks. Through the Rio Ferdinand Foundation I am now taking part in an England Boxing Level 1 Coaching Course.”
