Youth Leaders volunteered over 10 hours of there time within local community sports projects in order to put their new skills and knowledge to the test!

404 Not Found Youth Leaders supported coaches delivering sessions within a range of sports including basketball, biking, dance, boxing etc! Now they have completed there training, work placements and volunteering hours our Youth Leaders are ready to become official coaching assistants.

Youth Leader Michael quotes “Its been a brilliant programme, I’ve enjoyed learning about delivering different sports and how to be inclusive as a coach. I’ve started volunteering with Lifeline and will continue to work alongside the Rio Ferdinand Foundation and their partners in order to find employment. I’m hopeful to go onto a FA Level 1 Coaching qualification with the confidence I’ve gained from this programme and from managing our own football tournament!”
