Over the past two weeks in Salford, Rio Ferdinand Foundation have been running consultations with young people to support the design of a new project.
The new project will focus on young people and mental health. On 31stMay, we invited young people in for consultations from a range of organisations, including Salford Youth Alliance, UTC, Albion Academy, IYSS, as well as RFF Young Leaders.
Consultation continued at Salford Mad Pride, a festival in Victoria Park, Swinton, that aimed to raise awareness of mental health services available to young people. We were thrilled to attend as supporters of the festival to play football with some of the young attendees, as well as consult with other youth organisations and young people present.
Stay tuned for more updates on how we get on designing our new project!
