The Rio Ferdinand foundation is pleased to announce Andrew Ducille as our new Head of Programmes for London.

Andrew will join the team with immediate effect and will take on the planning, development, management and delivery of  our youth programmes in London. He will also work as part of our senior management team to extend our partnership networks and support community partners in Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and beyond.

Andrew joins the team with a strong education background and extensive experience in youth and community work, having previously worked for the Central London YMCA,  managed adult education programmes at Albion in the Community (the community arm of Brighton and Hove Albion FC), delivered alternative education programmes for Charlton Athletic FC Trust and most recently leading on social inclusion programmes across London for the Chelsea FC Foundation.
