Earlier this month, we were delighted to visit Albion Adacemy in Salford for a day of youth leadership.
We started off with problem-solving games, such as drawing a self-portrait without being able to see it and with only your forehead for a desk, and wordless communication challenges with prizes.
We then moved into discussions around leadership and what qualities good leaders have, such as communication, problem-solving, positivity, sensitivity, approachability and much more.
The main focus of the day was around designing their own projects around issues and subjects that meant something to them. The groups pitched their ideas and were left with the opportunity to take their projects further on the RFF Youth Leaders Programme.
Thanks for a wonderful day, Albion Academy!
