The Rio Ferdinand Foundation creates opportunities for young people, starting with their passions. Alongside our youth workers, young people build the confidence and skills to take their next steps into education, employment and beyond.

We work with employers, communities and partners to redesign pathways that are more accessible and inclusive for young people. We use the evidence and learning from our work to help others do the same.
