Young people are at the heart of everything we do, inspiring us to evolve and adapt, so we can break the cycle of poverty, empower young people to recognise their skills and give them the opportunities and ownership to achieve their goals. Thanks to our partnerships worldwide we have supported and empowered over 15,000 young people to reach their potential. We are committed to dispelling limiting beliefs, rebalancing equality, and giving young people a voice.

Powering Potential
We invest in young people, providing support, mentoring, workshops, and pathways that boost young people’s resilience, and enhance their employability. Our learning programmes have been selected and tailored based on input from young people in the communities we work. Through our interventions, young people develop a range of skills and experiences, which will help to set them apart in today’s job market. Supported by a worldwide network of partners we provide access to training, apprenticeships, internships, and work experience across the sports, arts, and creative industries. We build young people’s confidence, remove barriers, and create pathways for young people to unlock their potential.
