Creating Opportunities for Young People.

The Rio Ferdinand Foundation works collaboratively with young people, communities, business, and stakeholders to tackle inequality and create a more inclusive society. We support young people in the heart of local communities and provide safe spaces for them to express themselves. We deliver progression pathways that ensure young people are socially mobile and empowered to be independent. We enable young people to take control of their lives and achieve their full potential.

Our work delivers under four strategic pillars: Safe spaces, Health and Wellbeing, Strong, Safe, Inclusive Communities, Progression, Skills and Employability.
